Gallery Wrap Canvas Print

A “Gallery Wrap” is a method of stretching an artist’s canvas print so that the print wraps around the sides of a frame called stretcher bars. The gallery wraps are then created by securing the canvas prints to the back of wooden frames in the traditional way using staples. This method of stretching and preparing canvas prints does not need an expensive decorative art frame, though you can certainly add one if you wish.

Canvas Specifications

• Sunset Select Matte Canvas.

• 21-ml thickness.

• Poly/cotton blend.

• Surface is relatively smooth Oxford 2 over 1 weave is ideal for photo and art reproduction.

• Canvas is sprayed with a UV finish for protection. With the spray the canvas has a satin finish.

• The protective UV spray is recommended.

• Stretcher bar sizes available for canvas wraps. 1” and 1.5” .

• Hand stretched.

• Edge treatments available: Mirror, Black or White.
